If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to adjust to your satisfaction. Your service will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within 7 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service
Cancellation Policy:
We understand if there is a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, however, we require 48 hours' notice to allow your service provider adequate time to book with another guest. If you cancel less than 48 hours, you will be charged for 50% your service. Thank you for your understanding!
