If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to adjust to your satisfaction. Your service will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within 7 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service.
New clients are required to have a credit card on file to book a service.

We understand if there is a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, however, we require 48 hours notice to allow your service provider adequate time to book with another guest. If you cancel more than 48 hours you will not be charged. If canceled 24-47 hours, you'll be charged 50% of the service, if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours, you'll be charged 100% of the service.
